Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of IdleRadar, provided by ROCKETAPPS TECNOLOGIA LTDA (“we”). By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy. This is a translation; the Portuguese version prevails.

1. What IdleRadar is

A catalog of idle, clicker and incremental games, with community reviews and votes and paid featured spots for developers. The games belong to third parties: we are not responsible for their content, operation, purchases or policies.

2. Account

• Access is via a link sent to your email. Keep your email secure: anyone with access to it can sign in to your account.
• One account per person. Accounts created to manipulate scores or votes are removed.
• You can delete your account at any time in My account.

3. Reviews and votes

• Review games you have played, with an honest opinion. One review per account per game; owners can't review their own game.
• Forbidden: buying, selling or trading reviews and votes; using bots or multiple accounts; offering rewards in exchange for positive reviews. Developers may invite players to vote, including with in-game rewards, as long as the reward does not depend on the score.
• Don't post insults, discrimination, third parties' personal data, spam or malicious links. We may remove content that violates these terms or the law.
• You keep ownership of what you write and grant us a free, non-exclusive license to display your reviews on IdleRadar and on game badges while they remain published.

4. For developers

• Only submit games you have the right to promote, with truthful information and working links.
• By submitting a logo, you declare you hold the rights to it and authorize us to keep an optimized copy and display it on the site and on badges.
• The status (health) link must point to an endpoint you control. We query it automatically, at most every 5 minutes, only to display whether the game is up and how many people are playing.
• Badges and voting links may be used freely in your game and on your site, without altering the displayed score or implying a partnership that does not exist.
• We review every submission and logo change, and may reject or remove games that violate these terms.

5. Paid featured spots

• Featured spots buy visibility, never scores: they are always labeled “Sponsored” and do not change reviews, votes or ranking order.
• The period starts when payment is confirmed and stacks after an identical placement that is already active.
• Right of withdrawal: you may cancel within 7 days of purchase (Brazilian Consumer Code, art. 49), with a refund proportional to the days not yet displayed. Contact us via the receipt email.
• If the game is removed for violating these terms, the placement ends with no refund for the period already displayed.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, subject to its terms.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to access restricted areas, bypass limits, overload the service, scrape data in bulk without authorization or exploit security flaws. Found a vulnerability? Tell us before disclosing it: we appreciate it and will fix it.

7. Liability

IdleRadar is provided “as is”. We work to keep it online and accurate, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, the accuracy of information submitted by third parties or the status reported by game endpoints. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; relevant changes will be announced in advance. The laws of Brazil apply, and the courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction.
